Happy Birthday Tim

I've made this for my friend, Tim, whose birthday is today - bet you can't guess how old he is!!

I am somewhat addicted to these die cut daisies and the frames and I kept the card simple - less is more!

Anyway Happy Birthday Tim, you old git, hope you have a lovely day xxx

Diamond Wedding

Here is a Diamond Wedding card which I made this week.  The chipboard numbers were embossed using a Cuttlebug numbers embossing folder and then painted with silver acrylic paint.  I attached the zero to the card using double sided tape and the six using foam pads.

At the bottom of the card I added a Message Band with a sentiment in the centre and some crystals to the side.

Happy Birthday - 46

I've made this for a friend whose birthday is today.  The card is an 8 by 8 blank and the papers are from Daisy Bucket.

I embossed the chipboard 4 and 6 with a Cuttlebug embossing folder that has numbers on it and then painted them using a Tim Holtz dabber in Pool. The second image shows the inside of the card.

Happy Birthday Gary, hope you have a lovely day xx

21st Birthday

Here is a 21st Birthday card that I have made.  I embossed the numbers with the Cuttlebug Distressed Stripes embossing folder and then painted them using a silver Tim Holtz Dabber.

I used strong double sided tape to stick the numbers to the card and then added the Heartfelt Flowers with In Circle messages in their centres.  These were attached with foam pads (1mm where they overlap the number and 2mm elsewhere so the flower is level).

The card is finished off with black grosgrain ribbon around the spine.

Paper Roses

This card was made using an 8" by 8" Ice White pearlescent blank so is lovely and sparkly.  It was actually a commission for a birthday - I hope the lady concerned liked it!

The chipboard numbers were embossed using a Cuttlebug Embossing Folder and then I painted them with a silver Tim Holtz Dabber.

The paper I used for the roses is from Craftwork Cards - it is quite old though and I can't remember the name of it, but I thought it went well with the rest of the card.

Happy Birthday Dan

And here is the side view:

I made this easel card for Dan who is 21 today - bet you would never have guessed! The card blank is an 8 by 8 from Craftwork Cards. The chipboard letters and numbers (Craftwork Cards) were embossed with the Cuttlebug Distressed Stripes embossing folder and then painted with a silver Dabber. The dotty paper is from the Best of British collection by Craftwork Cards. I finished the card off with an oval sentiment from Craftwork Cards mounted on a scalloped oval punched with a Stampin' Up punch.
Happy Birthday Dan, hope you have a great day xx
