I used Romance papers again for the background on this card. I really like the grey papers from this collection - quite a surprise as when I placed my order I thought I would prefer the red and hot pink ones!The chipboard heart is from Craftwork Cards and is painted with a Raspberry Dabber (Ranger/Tim Holtz) and embellished with Card Candy. The sentiment is also from Craftwork Cards and I used a Stampin' Up punch to cut the scalloped circle.
